Office Ally Acquires Jopari Solutions Inc. to Expand Clearinghouse Network and End-to-End Electronic Transaction Processing

The acquisition brings together twomission-critical healthcare infrastructure companies, each having built robust,trusted networks over decades. Jopari'smarket-leading P&C electronicmedical billing, clinicalattachments, and electronic payment capabilities complement Office Ally's all-payerclearinghouse network, which is trusted by more than 80,000 healthcareorganizations and facilitates more than one billion transactions annuallybetween providers and payers.

This combination directly advances OfficeAlly's long-term strategy to modernize healthcare administrative and financialworkflows through greater automation, interoperability, and straight-throughelectronic processing.

TripleTree served as exclusive financialadvisor and Holland & Hart served as legal advisor for Jopari and WestView.  Kirkland & Ellis provided legal counselto Office Ally.  Financial terms of thetransaction are not being disclosed.
