New Payer Request

Office Ally submits electronically to a vast number of payers. However, there are some payers that we have not yet connected to or certain lines of business that have not yet been added.

Follow These Steps to Request a New Payer

Prior to submitting a request for a new payer, please check our Payer List to see if the payer/transaction you’re looking for is already available.This is done by searching the payer list using the payer ID. If the payer ID is unknown or not found, search again using the payer name.

If you don’t find the payer you need after searching our Payer List, please use the New Payer Request Web Form to the right, to request a new payer (or additional line of business for an existing payer) be added to our payer list.

After you complete the fields and submit the form, a case number will be created and assigned to an analyst for review. You will be notified as your case undergoes research.

Connection to the payer requested is not guaranteed.
