Customer Referral Program

Overview

As an Office Ally Advocate you can start earning statement credits by referring friends, colleagues, and peers. When someone you refer signs up and uses Office Ally services, you could earn as much as $150 in statement credits as a thank-you. Here’s what you can get for each referral:

  • $50 when your referral signs up and submits transactions through the Office Ally Clearinghouse for 3 straight months
  • $100 when they sign up and pays for EHR 24/7 for 3 months.

You can earn both rewards for the same referral, for a total of $150.

It’s easy—just share your unique link.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is the Office Ally Customer Referral Program?

A. The referral program rewards customers with statement credits when they refer colleagues who sign up and use eligible Office Ally services. As an Office Ally Advocate, you can earn up to $150 in statement credits per referral.

Q. When did the Customer Referral Program launch?

A. The referral program was officially announced on August 12, 2025.

Q. Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?

A. The referral program is open to all Office Ally customers who sign up as an Office Ally Advocate, with a few exceptions. If your account is already part of a custom or contracted program, you may not be eligible. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us.

Q. What if I have multiple Office Ally accounts using the same email address?

A. An Advocate enrollment is tied to one unique email address, and only one Office Ally account can be linked to that enrollment. If you sign into different Office Ally account(s) that share the same email and click the “$150 Referral Credit” button, the system will always show the Advocate link for the first Office Ally account enrolled in the program. Any referral credits you earn will be applied to that first Office Ally account—not the others.

Q. Who should I refer to Office Ally?

A. Healthcare provider colleagues who are looking for practice management software or a solution to submit their claims, eligibility verifications and/or claim status checks.

Earning Rewards

Q. How much can I earn per referral?

A. You can earn:

  • $50 if your referral signs up for an Office Ally clearinghouse solution and submits transactions for 3 consecutive months.
  • $100 if the referral also signs up and pays for EHR 24/7 for 3 consecutive months.

Both rewards can be earned for a single referral, for a total of$150.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

A. Nope! You can refer as many peers as you like. Each qualified referral earns you additional credits.

How it Works

Q. How do I join the referral program?

A. Click the “$150 Referral Credit” button in your Office Ally account (Service Center, Practice Mate, or EHR 24/7) and you will instantly be signed up as an Office Ally Advocate.

Q. How do I refer someone?

A. When you sign up as an Office Ally Advocate, a unique referral link will be displayed on the screen. You can share it via email, social media, or directly with colleagues.

Q. Where can I track my referrals and rewards?

A. Log in to your Referral Dashboard (https://referrals.officeally.com/login). You’ll receive an email with your login information after signing up. You’ll be able to view your referral status, pending credits, and earned credits.

Q. Does the referral program apply to the creation of new sub-accounts?

A. No. This program only applies to brand new Office Ally accounts created using the Advocate’s unique referral link.

Qualification Details

  • For clearinghouse credit: submit successful transactions for 3 consecutive months.

Q. What happens if my referral doesn’t qualify?

A. You’ll receive an email notifying you if a referral doesn’t meet the requirements and no statement credit will be issued.

A. Yes. If your referral submits any type of successful transaction (claim [par or non-par], eligibility, or claim status inquiry) for three consecutive months after signing up you, the Advocate, will earn a $50 statement credit.
