Enrollment Instructions
Some payers require EDI enrollment before permitting the provider to submit electronic claims / eligibility & benefits / claim status transactions to them. Payers that require EDI enrollment are indicated on our Payer List, with an orange exclamation point. As a service to our customers, Office Ally provides the enrollment instructions, pre-filled with Office Ally’s information where ever required. Below is a list of all claim / eligibility & benefit / claim status enrollment instructions available (sorted by state). All instructions represent claims enrollment unless indicated as (eligibility) or (claims status) in the name.
Be sure to follow the instructions as indicated to ensure applications are not denied for incorrect/missing information.
